By using FanFlix BD services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. License and Subscription Sales

Each license or subscription that FanFlix BD offers is purchased from authorized organizations and vendors and resold to our customers. All products are offered based on the availability and terms set by the respective original platforms.

2. License and Subscription Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Period: Each license or subscription comes with a specific warranty period. If any issues arise during the warranty period, we will investigate and replace the license or subscription if necessary.

  • Exclusions: If a problem with the license or subscription is caused by the customer’s device (e.g., compatibility issues, technical malfunctions), the warranty will not be applicable.

3. Other Service Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Period: Each service comes with its own specified warranty period. If you experience any issues with a service within the warranty period, we will provide support to resolve it.

  • Exclusions: The warranty will not cover issues caused by the customer’s device or if the issue arises outside the specified warranty period.

4. Product Delivery Method

As all our products are digital, FanFlix BD delivers them through WhatsApp or Messenger. Upon successful payment, you will receive the product details and activation instructions through the selected messaging platform.

5. Method of Providing Warranty Support

If you encounter any problems with the service or product during the warranty period, we will provide remote support. The customer’s device must have TeamViewer or Anydesk installed for us to assist in resolving the issue.

6. Payment Policy

  • bKash Payments: No additional charges will be applied for payments made through the bKash online payment system.

  • Manual Payments:

    • Bank Transfers: Bank payments do not incur any charges.

    • Mobile Banking: Payments made via mobile banking services such as bKash, Cash, Rocket, Way, and Cellfin will be subject to the prescribed charges by the service provider. These charges will be added to the total payment.

STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT POLICY:

  • Once payment has been successfully processed, FanFlix BD will not be liable for any refund requests, except in cases where FanFlix BD cancels the order due to product unavailability or service issues on our end.

  • Refunds will not be issued for accidental payments, mistakes in the amount, or any unauthorized payment processes.

7. Right to Modify Terms

FanFlix BD reserves the right to update, change, or modify any of the information or terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes to the terms will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
