REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  5. Refund Processing Time:

    • For bKash Online Payment, refund requests will be processed within 1 to 24 hours.

    • Refunds for payments made through Aamarpay gateway may take 3-7 working days.

  6. Bank Charges on Refund: In case of a refund, the customer will bear any fees or charges levied by the bank or payment gateway.

  7. Refund Fees for Customer-Initiated Changes:

    • For any refund request, including customer-initiated changes, the customer will bear 10% gateway, service, and bank charges.

    • The remaining balance will be refunded.


Digital Product Refund Policy

  1. Refund Before Delivery: A refund is possible only before the digital product is delivered to the customer.

  2. Refund for Invalid or Non-Functional Products:

    • A refund is applicable if the product is invalid, does not work, or has an error in the product key or expired subscription.

  3. Refund After Delivery:

    • No refunds will be applicable after the successful delivery of the digital product, unless the product is invalid or non-functional as stated above.

  4. Partial Refund After Usage: If the digital product has been used, only a partial refund may be considered, depending on the circumstances.

  5. Bank Charges on Digital Refunds: The customer will bear any applicable bank charges for the refund process.


Note: All refunds are processed in accordance with the payment method used and may take a few working days to reflect in your account. Customer-initiated refund requests, including requests for digital product returns after usage or delivery, will be subject to the conditions outlined above.
